D'Andre Lampkin is a Los Angeles County Deputy Sheriff, California POST-certified Academy Instructor, nonprofit founder, healthcare entrepreneur, and City Planning Commissioner for the City of Ontario. He grew up in South Central Los Angeles and committed his life to public service — because he knows firsthand what happens when communities are underserved.

From leading disaster recovery after the Woolsey Fire and 2025 LA Wildfires to founding a GuideStar Platinum-rated nonprofit that has fed over 1,100 families, D'Andre's record of service is real, documented, and deep. His policy work has been published in law reviews, scholarly journals, and Western Cities Magazine. He's not running to start serving Ontario — he already is.
