Lampkin Walks Neuhouse Community to Hear Residents' Priorities

Ontario City Council candidate D'Andre Lampkin will walk the Neuhouse community in Ontario Ranch on Sunday, August 9th, from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM — continuing his series of District 3 Community Listening Walks.

About the Walk

Lampkin will be walking through the Neuhouse community, introducing himself to residents, and asking what they believe the City of Ontario is doing well, what concerns them, and what they would like their future City Council representative to understand.

These informal, door-to-door conversations are part of an ongoing commitment to listen directly to District 3 residents and better understand how Ontario's growth affects their neighborhoods and daily lives.

"Every community in District 3 has its own character, its own strengths, and its own set of needs," Lampkin said. "The only way to understand those differences is to show up, walk the streets, and have real conversations with the people who live there."

Continuing the Listening Walk Series

The Neuhouse walk follows previous listening walks through the Esperanza community in Ontario Ranch, where residents shared perspectives on emergency preparedness, digital connectivity, police visibility, traffic safety, and neighborhood quality of life.

Lampkin has committed to walking communities throughout District 3 before the November 2026 election, building a campaign shaped by the people who experience South Ontario's growth every day.

"I am not running to start serving Ontario," Lampkin said. "I am running because I already am — and because the residents of District 3 deserve a representative who has listened to them before taking a seat at the table."
