Campaign finance disclosure
Contributions to this campaign are governed by the California Political Reform Act and the City of Ontario Municipal Code. The City of Ontario does not impose contribution limits for candidates for City Council or Mayor. Contributions may be made by individuals, businesses, labor organizations, political action committees, and other entities permitted by law. The campaign may not accept contributions that are anonymous, made in the name of another person, from foreign nationals, or otherwise prohibited by state or federal law. All contributions are subject to applicable reporting and disclosure requirements.
Contributions or gifts are not tax deductible.
State law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of individuals whose contribution exceeds $100 in an election cycle.
