Statement from D'Andre Lampkin Regarding the District 3 City Council Race

D'Andre D. Lampkin issued the following statement after receiving confirmation that Jonathan Hagman had withdrawn from the race for Ontario City Council, District 3:

"I respect Jonathan's decision to place his family first, and I wish him and his loved ones well. I also appreciate his continued willingness to serve Ontario through the Planning Commission.

"My campaign remains focused on listening to District 3 residents, earning their trust, and presenting a positive vision for Ontario's future. Over the past several weeks, residents have shared thoughtful perspectives about public safety, infrastructure, responsible growth, emergency preparedness, neighborhood services, economic opportunity, and government accountability.

"This campaign has never been about one opponent. It is about whether I can demonstrate that my experience, record of service, and commitment to this community have prepared me to represent District 3 with integrity, accessibility, and independent judgment.

"I will continue walking neighborhoods, meeting residents, building community partnerships, and working to earn every vote."
